These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ceraglowbuilding.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Website Scope
The website provides general information about Ceraglow, tile products, manufacturing capabilities, project references and sourcing support. It is intended primarily for importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, contractors, designers and other business users.
2. Product Information Is Not a Binding Offer
Website content is provided for preliminary evaluation only. Product availability, model, size, thickness, finish, colour, shade, pattern, edge, performance, minimum order quantity, packing, price, lead time and documentation must be confirmed for the specific product and order. Nothing on the website constitutes a binding quotation, warranty or offer to sell.
3. Samples, Images and Production Variation
Photographs, renders, videos and screen displays may not reproduce colour, gloss, texture or scale exactly. Ceramic and porcelain tiles can show intended design variation and production-batch differences. Buyers should review an agreed physical sample, technical data and order-specific requirements before approval. Installation should follow the approved specification and applicable professional practice.
4. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices, minimum quantities, production schedules, shipping estimates and payment terms become binding only when stated in a written quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract or other order document accepted by authorised representatives of both parties. If website content conflicts with an accepted order document, the accepted order document controls.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate product, application, quantity, destination, regulatory and documentation requirements; reviewing samples and specifications; checking suitability for the intended use and local conditions; and obtaining any approvals required in the destination market. Product-specific testing or certificates should be confirmed before order approval.
6. Permitted Use
You may use the website for lawful business research and communication. You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale without permission, impersonate another person, submit false information or use the website in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, downloads and other content are owned by or licensed to Ceraglow and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal product evaluation, but may not reproduce, publish, modify, sell or exploit the content without written permission.
8. Information You Submit
You confirm that information, files, comments, references or designs you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide them. You grant Ceraglow permission to use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate feasibility, prepare samples or quotations, coordinate an order, protect legal rights or comply with law.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or to external resources. Ceraglow does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms.
10. Disclaimers
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but the website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ceraglow disclaims implied warranties relating to the website, including uninterrupted availability, error-free operation and fitness of general website information for a particular project.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ceraglow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to use or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to a confirmed sale is governed by the applicable accepted order documents.
12. Export and Market Compliance
Users must comply with applicable trade, customs, sanctions, import, product and destination-market rules. Ceraglow may decline or suspend an enquiry or transaction where required by law, compliance review or commercial risk assessment.
13. Changes and Availability
We may update website content and these terms, or suspend any part of the website, without prior notice where reasonably necessary. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Subject to mandatory law and any different written agreement governing a confirmed order, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute should first be raised with Ceraglow in good faith. The forum and dispute-resolution process may also be specified in accepted order documents.
